For the most part, all of this branding business is just flat being done wrong.
And by folks that should know better.
But more than that – we’re here because there are some great organizations with amazing, game-changing disrupting potential.
Those are the ones that can (and should) change the world.
Problem is… somebody told them they need a big fat marketing budget.
Marketing is dying (if not dead).
Don’t misunderstand — there’s some great creative campaign work out there.
It’s just not creating real Brand loyalty.
ARE YOU A BRAND OR A COMMODITY?
Be careful how you answer that.
You may think you’re a true brand with all the customer evangelism that goes with that.
Unfortunately, there is much confusion and misinformation of what “brand” really means.
And what “marketing” really means.
And what role all of that plays into your audience engagement so that they understand WHAT you do, and WHY you do it the WAY you do.
